Joe Breuer 0
I'm supporting an ESET PROTECT On-Prem instance that started its life in 2019 thereabouts, as ESET Remote Administration, maybe version 7.x. The instance is (still) running on Tomcat 9.0.64; and the console suggests upgrading to a more current version. However, when I start the All-in-One Installer for 11.1.14.0, the "Upgrade all components" option (on the second page of the wizard) is greyed out. When I continue with "Install", Apache Tomcat is shows as "already installed" and also cannot be selected for installation. I'm aware that I can do a manual upgrade of Tomcat; however, I would rather like to migrate once into a state where "Upgrade all components" can work, and continue to work into the future. How would I go about this? Would it e.g. be feasible to uninstall my current Tomcat instance, and have a fresh one installed by the One-in-All installer (and keeping/manually migrating the configuration files, as detailed here: https://help.eset.com/protect_install/11.1/en-US/upgrading_apache_tomcat_windows_allinone.html?upgrading_apache_tomcat_windows.html)? Or is there another / a 'better' way? Or is there another reason for the All-in-One Installer refusing to upgrade? (Is there a log where I could see why it decides to grey out that option?)
