spyworld 0
After pushing the new KB5041585 Windows Update, it shows an IDS non-functional error. If you click restart device, your boot manager will disappear. Few of my colleagues have the same problem. We recover the boot and everything work well. This is very similar to crowdstrike require to work on recover pharse. Administrators Marcos 5,277 Posted August 15 Administrators Share Posted August 15 Please elaborate more on what you mean by "your boot manager". ESET does not install any boot manager. Moreover we do not push product updates and haven't issues any product update for several weeks already. Moreover, product updates (uPCU) are installed only after a computer restart with a prior notice displayed to the user. In a managed environment, administrators have full control over product updates.
