how to find the right decryption tools

hello my pc is running windows 7 it is too weak to upgrade to windows 10
ransomware to encrypt all my personal files
with a .atqvq extension I can't find the tool that would allow me to recover my files, I'm a student I don't have money to pay the pirates

It is very likely that the files were encrypted irreversibly and the only option to get them back is to use a backup copy, if exists.

The latest ransomware strain targeting individuals is Magniber. As such, there is a high likelihood this is what encrypted your files. Unfortunately, there is no known decrypter for this latest version of Magniber.
