eu02.protect.eset.com says "Not Implemented"

Hi ESET Team, 

 

Some of our client , tried to create an installer from ESET PROTECT > COMPUTERS' section > Customer static group > Gear icon > then 'download installer - when we do the steps there will be a pop saying "eu02.protect.eset.com says "Not Implemented" see the below screenshots for your reference :

 

 

We are able to have a work around, by creating the installers from 'Installers' section, however that is not ideal resolution for some our customer, please help us on how to rectify this issue
