Can't access specific website with Web Access Protection turned off - or when Website is excluded

Recommended Posts

Hi,

When trying to access www.runescape.com or any of its subpages I get the following:

Quote

Website certificate revoked

The certificate used by this server has been marked as untrustworthy and the connection is not safe.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem or try connecting again later or from a different internet connection.

I have disabled Web access protection, anti-phishing protection, paused protection completely, and even tried adding the URL to the exceptions list - none of which lets me access the website. I am constantly getting the same issue and I am splitting hairs over it - can someone please tell me how I can unblock this? And yes - I consider this website to be safe.

Loving ESET, this is the first and only issue I've ever run into.

Cheers,

Tristan

I'm not getting any error:

Should the problem persist, please raise a support ticket as it will be necessary to check the CA certificates installed in your trusted root CA cert. store.

What browser are you using? It appears the browser is blocking access to this domain; not Eset.
