Microbe 6
Hi ESET Team, Installed applications tab not displaying installed application on some endpoints( Windows machines) post migration to ESET Cloud. Any reason for that ? There are some machines migrated to ESET Cloud months ago but still this tab is not displaying installed application. When I was asking our customer to check the policy if the 'Report non-ESET installed applications is enabled, the customer said that it is enable "How is it working for some endpoints but not for all ? Certainly, it’s not a policy issue. All end-points are assigned with a default policy. Even for new endpoints where a fresh instance of ESET is installed, its not showing up ? - Customer" Can you inform us if the problem is related with the case from Status Portal : Please provide us any recommendation, Cheers, Gil

Microbe 6
Hi Marcos, All of the programs that can be seen from the control panel of the machine of our client should be shown on the ESET PROTECT in this case even if the policy on the ESET Management > under 'OPERATING SYSTEM' > 'Report non- ESET-installed application is enabled > the policy did not work to other machine, As per client it strange that the policy is working from other machine, while other machine did not working. What is the best recommendation? Thanks
Administrators Marcos 5,243 Posted August 13 Administrators Share Posted August 13 The above screenshots do not tell anything about whether the applications were installed per user or for all users in the c:\Program files or c:\program files (x86). If the latter and they are listed when you run " wmic product get name, version", please raise a support ticket for further troubleshooting.
