ESET has released globally the version 6 business products following the release on December 11th, 2014, in North America. ESET Remote Administrator 6 (ERA) is a successor to ESET Remote Administrator version 5. However, ERA 6 introduces a new architecture compared to earlier versions of ERA. The ESET Remote Administrator Server is still the central point of communication used to administer client computers; however, in ERA 6 there are a number of new components that you can deploy to create the best solution for your specific environment.ESET Remote Administrator 6—FAQ / What's new? Important Note for ESET Managed Service Providers (MSPs): If you are using any RMM plug-ins for ESET (Kaseya, LabTech, Pulseway) and/or are using ESET’s MSP Licensing system (MLS/EMU), please note that MSP licensing, plug-ins, and an updated management API will not be available to support ERA version 6 for the global release.
