Protector 7
Hello everyone, I am currently working on a policy in ESET Protect. I want the pop-up desktop notifications to only appear when ESET recommends or requires a reboot. The pop-up notification should only appear for this purpose and should not be hidden automatically. I was able to partially solve this and the notification now remains until you close it manually. But this notification also always appears when a scan has been completed and this should not happen. How can I configure this? I am also interested in one more thing about the pop-up notifications. Suppose I am working on a remote system via a Windows RDP session and my local ESET sends a pop-up notification. Is this pop-up then brought to the foreground or is it hidden behind the RDP window? Thanks for help!
Administrators Marcos 5,243 Posted August 10 Administrators Share Posted August 10 If you run RDP in a full window mode, you won't see any pop-ups from ESET or any other app. If you run it in a window mode, you should see them.

That makes sense. Thank you for this info! 👍
