Pabalelo 1 Posted August 23 Share Posted August 23 The issue affect mostly on Windows Server 2012 as per ESET Support "It seems that the tool used for generating the PDFs (ReportPrinterTool.exe) is affected by the older OS version (MS Server 2012). The developers have added this issue to the bug tracking/fixing queue and according to them, this issue should be fixed with a new build (update) of ESET Protect on-prem in about 3 weeks or so." dated 14 August 2024.
