I can't visualize the devices.

Unless there is an error, I have selected ‘Clear Filters’ and also have ‘Show Subgroups’ selected, but in my computer inventory, I don't see any devices in the view. Can you help me?

Is the management agent installed on the clients? Are there any errors logged in C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html  and trace.log?

I have the same problem in my cloud protect console. Can't see any devices. It worked few hours back. It must be some kind of global error.

Should the problem persist, please raise a support ticket for further troubleshooting.
