msanarev 0 Posted August 8 Posted August 8 I can't visualize the devices. Unless there is an error, I have selected ‘Clear Filters’ and also have ‘Show Subgroups’ selected, but in my computer inventory, I don't see any devices in the view. Can you help me?
Administrators Solution Marcos 5,443 Posted August 8 Administrators Solution Posted August 8 Is the management agent installed on the clients? Are there any errors logged in C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log?
hps 0 Posted August 8 Posted August 8 I have the same problem in my cloud protect console. Can't see any devices. It worked few hours back. It must be some kind of global error.
