Is there a way to create a custom install package?

I have let RA6 install to some of my client PC's, but now I can't RDP in!!

Is there a way to change settings on a client PC and then export them...then have them imported?

If Endpoint v6 (Agent) reports to ERAS, you can create a firewall rule enabling RDP communication with your IP address. By default, RDP is enabled within Trusted zone only.
