Hi dear 

When the antivirus console is upgraded to version 11.1.14.0, the agent connection of all systems is disconnected.  As this problem has happened to many people, please provide a solution to fix this new problem

Are you able to telnet the IP address of the ESET PROTECT server on port 2222? It will be necessary to check a pcap log with network communication from an attempt to connect. Please raise a support ticket.
