I cant download from opera

I´m trying to install from opera or even google a mod for the binding of isaac called repentogon (https://repentogon.com/install.html#instructions) but it doesnt let me because its a .exe and it detects it as a virus or suspicious and immediatly desinfects it. I dont know how to unable that to install it or how to make an exclusion of it. Please, any help is good
