MrUnderhill 0 Posted July 26 Posted July 26 We are using installation script downloaded from Eset to deploy the antivirus to Linux workstations, however recently this started failing. The agent is installed and it registers to Eset portal, but Eset Endpoint Antivirus is not installed. eea.service does not exist, folders /opt/eset/eea and /var/log/eset/eea do not exist. I cannot see anything interesting in system logs and EraAgentInstaller.log only shows Information level messages, that don't seem any different from the same logs on other machines when this used to work. I do not see any useful information on Eset portal either. This is stock Ubuntu 22.04, with kernel 6.5.0-45-generic, freshly installed. Agent version is 11.2.2076.0, tried also 11.1.1152.0 with the same result. I'm not sure where to even start debugging, so any help would be welcome.
