Dynamic Group - new software installation report Trigger

I need some help.

To paint the whole picture, we have setup custom reports for installed software, ESET and no-ESET, now we would like to make custom report trigger.

We would like that a report is generated when new non ESET software is installed. Is this even possible? I was playing around dynamic groups, but got stuck.
