ESET MSP > All of the back up code is not working now > Enable 2Fa but loss his phone

Hi ESET Team,

I got a call from our Reseller, he is an MSP Reseller, he enable the 2FA  from ESET MSP however, he loss his phone, that why we wasn't able to get the OTP to open his ESET MSP, though before he use the back up codes that he received from his email, but the problem would be already used all the 2FA back up codes, from his email.

Can you help us on how to rectify this case?

Please contact technical support, they should be able to generate additional backup codes.
