dctri 0 Posted July 21 Posted July 21 Hello. Our company uses eset protect software to manage local machines (eset endpoint security. I am implementing a web policy issue. I want to block all websites * at URL list management and allow some websites. Currently I have a problem with eset blocking some sublinks or cer. Is there a way to see the log of what information is blocked when accessing the web? For example, when I use salesforce, I will link with a chrome extension to connect to zoiper and make calls. But currently it is blocked when logging in to the extension but does not log in successfully and there is no blocked information. Please guide me on this issue and see the log or software to view directly on the user's computer

dctri 0 Posted July 22 Author Posted July 22 Thank you for your reply, I used ESET Log Collector to get the urllog.dat file but how can I read it? Please give me the tool to read it.
Administrators Marcos 5,451 Posted July 22 Administrators Posted July 22 There is no public tool for reading log files, logs can be read either in gui or you can get blocked urls in the ESET PROTECT console, e.g. by creating a report with blocked urls.
