Hi ,

On my admin panel there are some false alerts (I have checked with the members individually and the alerts don't make any sense. I would like to stop these false alerts being sent to them. How can I do that ? Is there any particular policy that I can implement to stop these alerts being sent to them.  

Alerts:

Recent update failed.

Product not activated 

Computer not encrypted [This is encrypted]

FDE authentication currently disabled. 

patch management is not functional

Unfortunately it is not clear what product are you referring to. Is it ESET PROTECT on-prem or ESET PROTECT (cloud)? Could you please post a screenshot of where you are seeing these messages?
