Akhila 0 Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Hi , On my admin panel there are some false alerts (I have checked with the members individually and the alerts don't make any sense. I would like to stop these false alerts being sent to them. How can I do that ? Is there any particular policy that I can implement to stop these alerts being sent to them. Alerts: Recent update failed. Product not activated Computer not encrypted [This is encrypted] FDE authentication currently disabled. patch management is not functional Regards, Akhila
Administrators Marcos 5,455 Posted July 19 Administrators Posted July 19 Unfortunately it is not clear what product are you referring to. Is it ESET PROTECT on-prem or ESET PROTECT (cloud)? Could you please post a screenshot of where you are seeing these messages?
