Devices cannot connect with server

Hello,

We are having a new problem with newly installed devices on our ESET PROTECT On-Prem. The clients are having the following Status Log. Does anyone have the same issues? Our deployment technics didn't change. Maybe there is an issue with the newest version of PROTECT? Any tips on how to troubleshoot are welcomed.

Issues where the root cause is not known and that require further logs and investigation need to be reported to technical support and tracked in a support ticket. This is a public forum where users and moderators share information and help solve issues where the root cause can be determined easily.
