Unable to activate ESET Internet Security

I have purchased ESET Internet Security with a license key, but I am unable to activate it. It shows that the key is expired. I have download ESET Internet Security from URL link provided on CD: https://www.eset.com/int/home/internet-security/download/#c2567560

Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
