Win 11 weather app has some ads doing some strange things

Getting blocked url notifications while having Weather (Microsoft's app from the Microsoft Store) open and idle

Seems some ad is pulling it but it is not showing in the Weather app, some of the ads are from Google and would violate ADA laws in the US (I know many who can't do flashing content due to medical conditions)
