Integrate with outlook 2010 (outlook 14version)

last saturday I have updated eset endpoint security 11.1.2039.2 

but after that outlook2010 using my staffs have a problem 

when sending mail, outlook 2010 down and restart. 

after change setting on eset (turn off eset) , it works well.

 

please check compability of new version

While Microsoft Outlook 2010 is quite old, it's still supported (https://support.eset.com/en/kb2138). Please raise a support ticket for further troubleshooting of the issue.

how can I raise a support ticket ?

You can click Techical support -> Request support under Help and support in gui and then go through the wizard. At the end you will be offered an option to create a support ticket.
