Guest Just a client Posted July 15 Posted July 15 Dear ESET Sirs, please check what happened after the latest module updates or definitions of ESET Smart Security Premium, as routine tasks and updates for 2025 simply appear in the task scheduler! There was no time change on the device and the update only occurs normally if a manual check for updates is performed. Sincerely disappointed that local support in the country is not working at the moment! Can you check what could happen as I looked everywhere on the site to see how I could resolve this automatic checks issue and I didn't find anything. Even resetting the options to default doesn't fix this. I hope this is just a one-off thing. If there's a suggestion, please tell me how.

Guest Guest Just a client Posted July 16 Posted July 16 No proxy. I don't know how the task changed to year 2025 and its a problem. One way I found: Delete the task on ESET and create a new. ESET change the tasks of Clients or Suspicious Malware? PS: Nothing found at machine after tested with 5 AV scanners.

Thereafter, the dates are updated by the Eset app itself. If the dates shown in the Eset Scheduled Tasks section show 2025 as the year, the only way I know this could happen is if your Win installation internal date was changed to 2025.
