John.From.VT 0 Posted July 15 Posted July 15 From the web console Help menu, I upgraded the server application today on two different instances of ESET. One is fine. The other logged me out of the console (as they usually do) but after an hours I am still seeing the clients are not connecting. I do see the server task to upgrade is supposedly still running. But this server hasn't checked in since an hour ago either. The C:/ProgramData/ESET/RemoteAdministrator/Server/EraServerApplicationData/Logs/ status HTML page shows Grpc server status 2024-Jul-15 15:19:07 Not Running. Error: Failed to get certs I rebooted the server for good measure but not sure where else to look. ESET PROTECT On-Prem (Server), Version 11.1 (11.1.756.0) ESET PROTECT On-Prem (Web Console), Version 11.1 (11.1.144.0)

Administrators Marcos 5,455 Posted July 15 Administrators Posted July 15 There's some issue with certificates. If re-deploying the management agent using current certificates and server settings is not an option, please raise a support ticket for further troubleshooting of the issue.
