Some customers affected by EP all in one installer and network error from Chile

Hi guys,

We've problems with live installers from three different instances of EP and many internet connections. All instances are in USA and customers are based in Chile. Problems started today.

I can't find anything in Status portal.

I for one am not aware of any issues. Should the problem recur, please raise a support ticket.
