mikemat 0 Posted July 9, 2024 Posted July 9, 2024 (edited) I can't add my new PC to my subscription and continue using ESET Home. When trying to add the current PC it tells me there are too many devices and to remove one but when I go to do it this is what I see. And when going to my account on ESET Home to try to look into it and manage my subscriptions I see 1 out of 1 like it's still connected to my old PC. Any help to fix this issue? ReHashed 0 Posted July 13, 2024 Posted July 13, 2024 I have sort of the same problem, except in my case it's saying I'm using 8 out of 4 licenses. But there's no linked devices, so i'm unable to release licenses. Also, just clicking 'select all' results in a message stating I should select at least 4 devices... I would expect all licenses to be released.
