Manolis K 0 Posted July 5 Posted July 5 I received a notification through web interface for ESET UPDATE on-prem update from version 11.0.199.0 up to version 11.1.756.0. I followed the instructions but unfortunately the update has not been successfully completed. When I try to manually proceed by clicking on the new software version I receive the following error. Any advise?
ESET Staff MartinK 384 Posted July 8 ESET Staff Posted July 8 Please in case of upgrade of PROTECT itself, use update indication as shown in upper menu bar. Unfortunately action you used is not suitable for updating PROTECT Server / Console components, or more precisely, those components are excluded from one-click action offered, so that PROTECT is not updated unintentionally. This inconsistency and misleading action offered to users should be no longer present in newer releases.
