In-Depth scan stuck on a specific file

when i do an in-depth scan it always get stuck on a specific file
on a smart scan it finishes fine btw

it also looks like its doing somthing since its using the my entire NVMe ssd and 50% of cpu but its always stuck
D:\ISO\Windows XP (x64).iso:Zone.Identifier

 

any idea to fix this without editing the iso file?

Did you wait for at least 30 minutes ro see if the scan moves on? What you see is the last file scanned.

I tried again to scan and it has been 2 hours and the scan didn't move on. also now it shows a different last scanned file
