Failed Installation of Upgrade Upgrade ESET PROTECT server On-Prem from 10 to 11

Dear Team,

I have issue while upgrading the ESET Product components [ ESET Protect server, ESET protect web console] from 10 to 11 

OS info: Server 2016 standard , SQL SERVER EXPRESS EDITION 

 

 

SI (s) (8C:58) [09:16:39:731]: Product: ESET PROTECT Server -- Installation failed.

MSI (s) (8C:58) [09:16:39:732]: Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: ESET PROTECT Server. Product Version: 11.0.199.0. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: ESET, spol. s r.o.. Installation success or error status: 1603.

Connection to the database failed:

Cannot login as DB admin. Error status: 18

Please make sure you enter correct credentials for the db connection. If you don't know the credentials, create a new database and install ESET PROTECT from scratch.

Hi Marcos , I have the MS SQL Server database and accessible by MSSQL management  Studio , Also I have the database backup
