Tate 0 Posted June 26 Posted June 26 Hi, the antivirus is blocking the ADS power program files and because of this I can't run the program. I tried adding a file to the trust list but the file is not displayed in the eset program itself when added, probably because you can add files with .exe extension. What should I do?

Administrators Marcos 5,462 Posted June 26 Administrators Posted June 26 I'd need to check your ESET configuration and logs with information about what was blocked and what protection module blocked it. It appears that you have excluded some application in the process exclusion list which is likely a wrong place for this exclusion.

Administrators Marcos 5,462 Posted June 26 Administrators Posted June 26 Both the Detections and HIPS logs are empty. What makes you think that ESET is blocking the application?
