Detail: We would like to create web filtering for Windows servers just like we have done with our workstations, with the option to block by category. We have some users that use RDP to remote into servers as power users, and use the server as a test, validation box. Currently we are blocking URLs manually but would like to have the option to block by category,

You could install ESET Endpoint Security on the server to filter websites by category.
