What ESET product / version do you have installed? Does the issue actually go away after temporarily uninstalling ESET and returns as soon as you install the latest version from scratch with default settings?

I think I figured it out.  I have the HOME version.  W/your suggestion, I uninstalled and reinstalled ESET.  It appears ESET no longer requires the banking window to be separate.  I can use my normal browser as it appears it is no protected for all websites.
