Get detail of "Security report"

Hi,

In ESET "Security report" i have noticed that  3 web pages is blocked, but i can not get detail report that which pages is blocked?

I also look at "Tools -> Log files -> Filtered websites" but there is only one record and also its detection datetime is not compatible with "Security report" (It is detected in 5/17/2024 but in "Security report" date is 5/29/2024 )

My best guess is some of the following blocked entries are not logged;
