Error 1923. Service 'ESET Service' (ekrn) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.

Please carry on as follows:
1, Start logging with Procmon
2, Run the installer and reproduce the error
3, Save the log in the PML format unfiltered
4, Collect fresh logs with ELC. Make sure that a SysInspector log is included as it wasn't collected last time:

For an unknown reason msiexec.exe wasn't started to run the installation of C:\Users\Qil\AppData\Local\Temp\eset\bts.session\e6ba0f1c-b4c8-418b-9ae7-3ca30a0ead5d\.pkg\0\ehs_nt64.msi.

Malwarebytes is installed with all its drivers, please try uninstalling it.

Also try running the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode and remove ESET if detected.

Should the problem persist, please raise a support ticket.
