That's not the correct email...how do I update the license owners email?

No, I bought it from a local retailer.

I would suggest contacting the retailer since the license is registered to a person from a healthcare technology company judging from the domain.

That seems unlikely. Maybe more clarification will help. I bought an Eset security license activation key...are you saying that key was associated with the wrong email address before I got the activation key (which I received on the receipt from the local retailer)?

If 3B3-U4K-GWD is your public license ID, the license is already registered as I have mentioned above and it will be necessary to contact the retailer to find out what happened.
