damtechmatt 11 Posted May 30 Posted May 30 I have a machine in cloud protect that has a yellow warning to say Recent update attempts failed Except everything is up to date. The error was raised on the 2nd of May, and I cant see anywhere to clear it. A machine restart doesn't clear it either. Anyone know how to clear it?

To resolve it please delete both of the following files under C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Full Disk Encryption\Updater on the client device - EFDEUpdateService.cfg EFDEUpdateService.log Kind regards, Ashley

If you can't reboot then restart the ESET Full Disk Encryption Service and wait for the agent to contact the Protect server again. Should all be up to date and working then.
