License for ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server

Hi everyone,

I have a question about license ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server .

My customer has 300 mailboxes, but he just want to protect 200 mailboxes. So ESET can protect the specific mailboxes that customer want to protect ?

This is not possible, only all mailboxes can be protected. For information how the number of mailboxes is counted, please refer to https://support.eset.com/en/kb3761.
