No subscription ownership verification mail received

I recently extended a subscription for ESET NOD32 Antivirus for my mothers laptop. For this I had to create a account at ESET HOME which went fine.

After adding the Activation key to this account a had to click on a button to receive a ownership verification mail but the mail is not received.

The public ID:  33C-DAC-ER3

Can someone help me with this?

Hello Marcos,

I think I see the problem.

Her E-mail address is ending with @ziggo.nl and not zigg0.nl 

Is it possible to change this?
