costas x 0
Hello everyone! i have been using eset internet security since 2019 covering 3 pc's that i have in my home. One of my licences is about to expire on 28th of July. All licences have been bought from eset greece. When i try to renew my licence key as an existing customer (to the new eset home security essential) surprisingly i get prices higher than buying a new one: 1 year renewal 42.46 euro 2 years renewal 82.45 euro the prices for buying a new licence through eset greece are: 1 year 39.99 euro 2 years 79.98 euro The last time i renewed my licence last year as en existing costumer was lower than buying a new one. So what happened to existing costumers discount? Eset does not want to reward the loyalty for their existing customers? Should we stop buying eset products and look for other vendors? Administrators Marcos 5,400 Posted May 29 Administrators Share Posted May 29 Unfortunately we can help with technical issues but for licensing and pricing questions the best course of action would be to contact your local ESET distributor or reseller. Solution costas x 0 Posted May 29 Author Solution Share Posted May 29 Thank you Marcos, I have contacted with the local distributor and i sadly i have been informed that eset changed its pricing policy and as of 1st May 2023 a renewal price is equal with the price of a new licence. So no more loyalty reward for old customers..

Just use Microsoft Defender if you feel it is an equal to Eset protection-wise. LesRMed
