macOS user can't activate ESET Endpoint Antivirus (Error code: 0x00000013)

User has installed Endpoint Antivirus and is trying to activate using our business license key.

An internal error occurred during the activation process.
Error code: 0x00000013

There is no help as to what this error means. We have successfully activated other macOS devices using the same license.

Did this error occur today? Is the user still getting it?
