ESET downloads module updates then shuts down

I am trying to run the ESET free online scanner but then just shuts down.    I have used the program in the past and have never had this issue before.  I was trying to do so with a friends computer but it will not run.  I even tried disabling the current antivirus and firewall in hopes of that resolving the issue, but that did not help either.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

This is a known issue that we are looking into. Usually the issue doesn't occur and when it does, it occurs only intermittently and other attempts to run EOS work.

Thank You so Very Much for the update.  I ran the scanner on my computer and it ran just fine, so I will just keep trying to get it to work on my friends laptop so that I can hopefully narrow down what her problem is.
