Help ESET regularly informs me about the error...

Unfortunately the description is too vague and it doesn't tell what ESET product it concerns. Please raise a support ticket and provide more information. Further logs will be requested by a support agent.

Applies to ESET Server Security product, after installing Server Authenticator, I wrote a support ticket a week ago but I still haven't received a response...
