License says it's overused when it isn't, after re-installation

Hello,

I re-installed ESET Internet Security on my laptop without changing anything and when trying to re-activate using my myEset accountI get a message that the license is overused.

When I go to the myESET portal, it does show that only 3 out of 5 seats of my license are occupied, so why can't it re-activate?

It also doesn't list the device so that I can delete it and re-add it. What can I do?

The license with PLID 3A7-6WA-C53 in intended for 1 device. If you think this is not true, please contact the distributor or reseller from whom you purchased your license.

Would you please tell us where you purchased the license from? It indeed appears to be for 1 PC. Also please drop me a personal message with your ESET HOME account email address.

As m3lis wrote me, the license was purchased on ebay. I'd like to emphasize again that we strongly recommend purchasing ESET licenses only through authorized distributors or resellers so that you don't fall victim to scam by paying for leaked, overused, expired or already canceled licenses.

This particular ebay seller has been reported to our legal department as he sells far more licenses than he has purchased.

Ok can you provide a replacement license or a solution to re-instate the one previously installed?
