On prem to ESET PROTECT (cloud based) roll back

Hi ESET Team, 

 

I am checking in to see if there is any way of rolling back a machine ( if required) from ESET Protect Cloud to On Prem server ?

This may be required for some machines in our environment if testing is not successful. Please advise.

All you would need to do is uninstall the management agent and re-deploy it. From ESET PROTECT on-prem you can generate an all-in-one installer, script installer (batch file) or GPO/SCCM script that will contain current ESET PROTECT settings and certificates. Afterwards the agent will start to connect to the ESET PROTECT server.
