Microbe 8 Posted May 21, 2024 Posted May 21, 2024 Hi ESET Team, I am checking in to see if there is any way of rolling back a machine ( if required) from ESET Protect Cloud to On Prem server ? This may be required for some machines in our environment if testing is not successful. Please advise. Cheers, Gil
Administrators Solution Marcos 5,731 Posted May 21, 2024 Administrators Solution Posted May 21, 2024 All you would need to do is uninstall the management agent and re-deploy it. From ESET PROTECT on-prem you can generate an all-in-one installer, script installer (batch file) or GPO/SCCM script that will contain current ESET PROTECT settings and certificates. Afterwards the agent will start to connect to the ESET PROTECT server.
