My third of three devices is an android. I have a new android now and want to delete eset from old phone (will keep as a backup phone) and add eset to new phone. Do I uninstall eset on old phone first or disable it or what?

If you have a freemium version of ESET installed, you don't need to uninstall it. Otherwise uninstall it to make sure that the seat is revoked prior to activating a paid version of ESET on another device.
