KM1234 0
Hi, I have created a Windows update task - unfortunately, not all updates are installed using this task. Can anyone help and answer why this is happening? An example is an update: KB5037771

KM1234 0
Is there any other way to trigger a system update - I am currently using the eset task but on some computers I get a message in the task: RunUpdate: Update installation failed with orcFailed then in WindowsUpdate it says that everything is up to date. Manually running the search via the WindowsUpdate button searches for updates.
Administrators Marcos 5,286 Posted May 20 Administrators Share Posted May 20 14 minutes ago, KM1234 said: RunUpdate: Update installation failed with orcFailed Have you tried to update the system manually? This error comes from the operating system when ESET asks it to update, so there is a minimal chance it is related to EP or the Management Agent itself, but rather to the state of the operating system. Administrators Marcos 5,286 Posted May 20 Administrators Share Posted May 20 Please raise a support ticket then. However, since the error is returned by the operating system it may not be possible to resolve it on ESET's side.
