Our ESET stop working properly after updating our kernel in Linux. ESET seems to work using 6.5.0-28-generic in Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS. But it does not after update to new released versions e.g  6.5.0-35.

We found the next message in our admin center "Real-time file system protection is non-functional".

Please check if it works with the latest version of ESET Endpoint for Linux 10.3.4.0.

Hi there,

we have the same problem with Linux Servers using "ESET Server Security 10.2.41.0". But it seems that there are no updates for ESET Server Security...

How can we solve the problem?

You can downgrade the kernel or wait a bit until a new version of ESET Server Security for Linux is released which should be very soon.
