newuser1234 0
I have looked everywhere but can't find where to get help with possible infection. While writing, this username is random generated and email is new. I'm scared to use Bitwarden because of keyloggers. I got an email today through Thunderbird which looks legit. Clicked on it and a simple text shows up. But there was an embedded file inside the mail which Thunderbird didn't even block. And now I'm here on the forums to ask and get help with this. I'm sorry if this is maybe wrong forum to ask this. Administrators Marcos 5,273 Posted May 13 Administrators Share Posted May 13 Do you mean writing in a browser? If so, do you have any key scrambling software installed? Does temporarily disabling keyboard protection in the Browser protection setup make a difference?
newuser1234 0
I said I think I have a keylogger and is scared to open up Bitwarden with master password. If there is a keylogger on my computer. I'm also a Eset Smart Security user. I paid for that.
newuser1234 0
I looked around with logs and stuff and then got to tech website and sent a message to the support. I guess I did it right? Tech support was it, but translated to my language.

Administrators Marcos 5,273 Posted May 14 Administrators Share Posted May 14 You can provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector. Files uploaded here are accessible only by ESET staff. If there's malware running on the machine, normally it should be seen in the logs. You can also run Autoruns and enable VirusTotal check to find possibly suspicious files easily.
