Hello guys.

There is a problem when you create an Eset Mail Security rule to reject a message because the sender is not valid, and at the same time you create a Move message to quarantine rule, only "Reject message" works, the second rule does not work.

How to make these two rules work together? Do you need to quarantine a letter that was sent to a non-existent mailbox, and to send a rejection letter to the sender due to a problem? Help please.

Hi, once a rule has hit, by default no other rules are evaluated further. You can however add an action "Evaluate other rules" to any rule to continue with evaluation, so that possibly more rules can hit.
If you refer to a situation when conditions for both (multiple) rules were true and you need to prioritize which action would be selected, the simplest solution is to change the order of rules, so that the rule with preferred action is on top.

So it is.

The problem is that the person left, the box was turned off. And it is necessary that the letters that come to this box be stored at least in quarantine or can be redirected to another box. And after that, send a message to the sender that the mailbox does not exist.

I will add.

Separately, the "Move message to quarantine" rule works, and the "Reject message" rule also works. That is, they work separately, but not together.
