Administrators Marcos 5,231 Posted April 6 Administrators Share Posted April 6 If you want to use a mirror created by Endpoint v11 to update other Endpoint v11 in the network, we recommend enabling the built-in http server so that you can point other endpoints to update from a url instead of a network share. However, to save network traffic, we recommend that endpoints without Internet access update through ESET Bridge so that only the necessary update files are downloaded and cached. What about missing files in mirror folder . only dll files only created

Just to be sure . From the workstation client side the path should be like this : \\172.1.1.16\Mirror\dll ????

morana 0
I tried but nothing ,same problem cannot update workstations . it is also asking me for this workstation product activation which is offline . In the past I was able to update normally . Why it keeps asking me for activation if this client is taking update from mirror . ?!
Administrators Marcos 5,231 Posted April 7 Administrators Share Posted April 7 1, Offline computers must be activated with an offline license file. 2, What error do you get if Endpoint on an offline machine is activated with an offline license file and attempts to update from a mirror shared via http://%IPAddress%:2221 by another ESET Endpoint that creates the mirror? Administrators Marcos 5,231 Posted April 7 Administrators Share Posted April 7 Make sure to creat the mirror with the same version of Endpoint as those that update from it. Or use the mirror tool to create the mirror for different versions of Endpoint.
